I Am From Poem

I Am From  Brooke M

I am from a spacious house with freshly painted white walls,
From a dead paddock filled with long dry yellow grass.
I am from lots of big trees,
From watching loads of vehicles from my big window whizzing past my house.

I am from doing flip after flip on trampolines,
From waking up at six thirty for early morning hockey practice.
I am from playing tennis three times a week and
From winning ribbons at orienteering races.

I am from going on family bike rides
From walks up Te Mata peak.
I am from playing Rippa Rugby then going to Nationals,
from watching Hi Five,Dora The Explorer and Mickey mouse when I was little.

I am from going on trips to the beach
from eating ice cream on hot summer days.
I am from eating pineapple and watermelon
And playing hopscotch every day.

We have been writing all about me poems. Here is my piece of poetry.
